Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our check-in process a breeze. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. We were impressed by the quality decor and attention to detail throughout the hotel. the breakfast was delicious and the service was top-notch. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
The lack of ventilation in the room was a minor inconvenience.

The location of this hotel was perfect, with all the sites, shops, and the central station within walking distance. The room was beautiful and spacious, with large windows overlooking the square. It seemed like a suite, with a sofa, coffee table, and a large double bed. The bathroom was also excellent, with a powerful shower and good quality toiletries. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made my stay even better. I loved the fact that there were many cafes on Castle Street, offering a 20% discount to hotel guests.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel right in the heart of the city centre. The location was perfect for exploring and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the area. The room was spacious and clean, and the queen size bed was incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the large windows that overlooked the square, providing a great view. The bathroom was well-equipped with a powerful shower and quality toiletries. The friendly and helpful staff made my stay even more enjoyable.
I have only one small suggestion for improvement. The hotel could consider providing a designated area for the staff to eat away from the reception desk.

The layout and bed were comfy. Staff were amazing and helpful. Room was nice and spacious, appeared clean. Perfect location for city center and attractions. Grade 2 listed building with quality decor. Rooms were well-equipped and comfortable. Amazing room with fantastic views. Classy and inviting reception area. Extremely helpful and professional staff.
